Agreement to These Terms

These terms govern your use of the GoPlayTools website and its tools. By accessing or using GoPlayTools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site. These terms form an agreement between you and the operators of GoPlayTools as an independent tools website.

The Service

GoPlayTools provides free, browser-based tools for working with image and video files. The tools currently include video frame extraction, video-to-GIF conversion, image compression, image resizing and image format conversion. Each tool processes the files you choose locally in your browser and does not upload them to any server.

We aim to keep the tools available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Your own files remain yours. Processing a file with a GoPlayTools tool does not transfer ownership of it, and any image or video you create from your own material is your output to manage.

Platform names and trademarks such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Bilibili are mentioned on this site only in a descriptive way, for example to explain the pixel dimensions those platforms use. All such names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this site does not mean that GoPlayTools is affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by those platforms. When you publish content to a platform, that platform's own terms also apply to you.

Service Limitations and Disclaimer

The GoPlayTools tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The results depend on the source material you provide and on the capabilities of your browser and device. While we work to make the tools accurate and dependable, we do not warrant that outputs will be error-free, that every format or file will be handled correctly, or that a tool will suit a particular purpose. Very old browsers, unusual file variants or corrupted files may produce unexpected results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoPlayTools disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
